okay, i’ll admit it. i do miss my home office a little bit more than i thought i might now that i’ve turned it into a guest room. i’m aching to find a sweet spot for some kind of desk where i can place bills, paperwork and to-do lists and all the other little day-to-day stuff that piles up (presently on my kitchen counter). but what i need is something discreet — a desk within my living space that doesn’t scream ‘OFFICE!’. so while i’m working that out — where to put it, where, oh where? — i’m finding lots of inspiration on personal spaces with functioning desks that seamlessly blend right in.
