In most touristy coastal cities, we can still the lack of public transport tools. Solectrike is a conceptual vehicle sharing system, designed specially for future mobility of tourists where they can travel faster and comfortably around the city. It’s a vehicle sharing system that features modularly designed personal vehicle, a nice transportation in sightseeing zones, especially in the old towns part of the city.
Solectrike is much more optimal to cruise around narrow roads instead of cars, especially areas that are crowded with pedestrians. You might say, a bike might be a better solution, well, this project aims not only to help its rider move faster but also more enjoyable, from city center to beaches. Each vehicle features two modules: “Beach Module” (with a seat and sun umbrella that collects solar energy) and ”Power Module”.
